JEAN FERGUSON in "COMING BACK WITH FRIENDS"
Singer JEAN FERGUSON, with Classical roots ("Marriage of Figaro"/Albany Opera)returns to the Cabaret format with an eclectic set of tunes ranging from Broadway ("Oklahoma!"), Jazz (songs of Peggy Lee, Johnny Mercer, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Jerome Kern and more) and even country-rock (Patsy Cline, John Prine), titled "COMING BACK WITH FRIENDS". With Musical Direction from Singer/Pianist VICTOR JANUSZ --an EGAN's Regular-- FERGUSON gets an opportunity to show her versatility. Says Janusz: "Jean has a love of all kinds of songs --something I value in any musical partnership...I even get a chance to do a somewhat saucy John Prine duet with her! You would think it out of character...but it works!"
