Jazz Search West Winners at the Sound Room
A room full of jazz at the Sound Room!!! In honor of the 6 month anniversary for the Sound Room, we are presenting some great local jazz stars. In March we hosted Jazz Search West. Now we are very excited to be honoring the Jazz Search Winners from the Sound Room with a collective performance. This is a perfect tribute to the emerging stars and a statement on how we feel about the importance of supporting live music.
The Dan Zemelman Trio will be playing along with our winners:
Wajeedah Hameed - Neo-Soul, Jazz & R&B vocalist
Georgianna Krieger - Jazz Saxophone
Joe Escobar - Trombone & Vocals
Emily Day - Jazz & Contemporary vocalist
It will be a great evening of music and a celebration of the ongoing importance of jazz!
