Mozart
First Free Methodist Church Seattle, WA
Considered by many to be the greatest composer of all, Mozart came to great popularity with the release of the movie "Amadeus." Orchestra Seattle and the Seattle Chamber Singers, under the direction of George Shangrow, will present three of his greatest works in this afternoon of marvelous Mozart. Joined by the Patterson Duo, Ronald and Roxanna, for the stunning Sinfonia in E-flat for Violin and Viola, K. 364, and by Northwest favorite Judith Cohen, pianist, for the E-flat Piano Concerto, K. 482, the concert will conclude with the Vesperae Solennes de Confessore, K. 339, for full chorus, orchestra, and a wonderful quartet of solo voices.
