The SOMA Fest features performances and workshops with artists from across the U.S., fostering conscious embodiment and transformation. SOMA Fest Workshops - Individuals from all walks of life are welcome to join in our transformational workshops Tues-Sun, Sept 16-21. We'll be exploring such practices as Continuum, Body-Mind Centering, Feldenkrais, Skinner Releasing, Contact Improvisation, Moving Theater, Chi Kung Theater and more!
