The Columbia City Theater Presents:
DEE-SHU-PALOOZA
A night of art and music, featuring new works and installations from Seattle artist Darin Shuler alongside music from Seattle bands that have commissioned Darin for artwork.
Featuring: The Pharmacy The Quiet Ones Roaming Herds of Buffalo and guests
Darin Shuler's unique artwork is becoming highly recognizable in the Seattle arts and music landscape. Recently, he has had work featured on the cover of The Stranger, been in countless group and solo shows around Seattle, and has won several Posters of the Week. Darin was also recently honored with the Xeric Grant for his comic series, "Castle and Wood." His distinct style is being championed by many Seattle bands and has been featured on album covers, t-shirts, and countless posters. Equally at home in a gallery or stapled to a telephone pole, the artwork of Darin Shuler is emerging as an aesthetic force shaping Seattle arts and music.
Join us on June 1st at The Columbia City Theater as we spotlight the artwork of Darin Shuler alongside music from bands he works with for one special evening.
