William Shatner is appearing Sunday June 2nd 2013 only.

You must have a 3 Day or Sunday Denver Comic Con badge for entry.

The William Shatner packages are separate from the convention badge.

Only credit cards will be accepted, PayPal will not be available. Credit card will be charged at time of purchase.

Only paper tickets will be issued for the William Shatner package, they will be mailed to you.

You must bring your paper ticket with you to the convention on Sunday to exchange it for a William Shatner Silver or Gold Badge. William Shatner ticket exchange will not be done earlier. Do not lose your ticket, they will not be replaced.

William Shatner Packages are non-refundable.

Guest appearances are subject to change and Denver Comic Con will only refund tickets in the event that William Shatner cancels. There may be a processing fee for refunded tickets.

This price does not include CGC grading to ungraded items including comic books, hardbound books, posters, baseballs, or other collectables.

This price does not include additional William Shatner signature fees for signature only customers.

Q: Is the only way to see William Shatner to buy a Silver or Gold package?

A: No, Shatner will be appearing on the main stage, the Silver or Gold package buyers will be let in first, then the VIP ticket holders. The rest of the seats will be open to all attendees; there will be a limited number of seats, seating is not guaranteed.

After the Silver and Gold package buyers have received their autographs and photographs, Shatner will sign autographs and do photographs for additional attendees (for a fee) as time allows.

Q: Can I bring a comic or a picture for William Shatner to sign?

A: Yes, you may have Shatner sign whatever item you choose for your paid autograph.

Q: Will there be things at the convention for purchase for William Shatner to sign?

A: Many of the dealers will most likely have items that would be perfect for you to have Shatner sign. These will be at additional cost.

You will receive an 8x10 photo with the purchase of a Silver or Gold package, you can either have Shatner sign this photo, or an item you bring. If you bring additional items to sign, you will be charged additional fees.

Q: Can I take a picture with William Shatner?

A: Candid photographs will not be allowed; all pictures will be taken by the Official Convention Photographer in the Photographs area.

Q: If my kids are 10 or under do I need to purchase a William Shatner package for them?

A: They may stand in the line with you for the picture and autograph, and sit with you at Stan's panel. They will not receive any of the William Shatner merchandise, photo, autograph, special badge, etc. These are the same rules as our VIP ticket package.

Q: If I have a William Shatner package can my kids be in a picture with me and William Shatner?

A: Yes, at the discretion of the Official Convention Photographer.

Q: Can I purchase more than one William Shatner package?

A: We are limiting purchases to two per order; each person must have a 3 Day or Sunday convention badge, purchased separately.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

There will be no weather related cancellations.

Any person caught duplicating or trying to duplicate tickets, or wristbands, for the profit of themselves or others will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

You must wear your membership badges at all times to be admitted to any convention function.

All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

No weapons will be allowed in the Convention. Costumed weapons must be peace bonded, ask for information on this at Registration.

Possession of alcoholic beverages by anyone under 21 years of age is grounds for expulsion from the convention without refund.

All event and program rooms have limited capacity as set by the Fire Marshal. Even though your ticket is needed to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its capacity. Except as noted in Ticket package.

Management reserves all rights for changes, additions or deletions to this agreement at any time.
