Rat City Rollergirls Bout 4 presented by Gorditos
For bout four of our fourth season, the Rat City Rollergirls are dishing up a healthy helping of bruises, smack downs, mayhem, and action-packed roller derby!
On Saturday, July 19th at Seattle's Magnuson Park, the San Diego Derby Dolls are taking on Seattle's dreamy, speedy lady mechanics in blue, the SockIt Wenches! A fair warning, San Diego: the Wenches might look sweet, but by the time they've charmed you with a wink and a smile, chances are they're already miles down the track...Good luck keeping up!
If you're craving your hometown favorites, you'll witness the Derby Liberation Front, who are bravely marching in step toward the 2008 championship trophy, battle the Throttle Rockets, our space-age starlets who are determined to deliver hits and hip checks aimed to knock our sultry revolutionaries into the next galaxy.
Also at this bout, the Rat City Rollergirls are celebrating the release of our new cookbook, a volume chock full of sumptuous delights - everything from your favorite comfort foods to your sophisticated cousin's city fixins. Help us continue to contribute to derby history and the Seattle community by buying one for yourself and your best baking buddy.
