In a small Kansas town, a fifth grade class stages a protest against their school's annual Thanksgiving pageant and the negative depiction of American Indians found in their antiquated textbooks. The protest quickly lands the students in detention. When a tornado strikes, the wacky young rebels are hurtled from captivity to a magical island alive with the spirit of revolutionaries!
