Enjoy an intimate horizontal tasting of 8 different
Chardonnay's from all over the world paired with gourmet shrimp selections prepared by award winning Chef Mark Ballen of Reel Foods Fish Market & Oyster Bar.

-Pacific Islanders sugar cane shrimp: A balance of sweet and spicy with a lemony finish.
-Honey Adobe poppin' shrimp: A savory smoky profile with a drizzle of key lime crème fraiche.
-Shrimp Campechana de Mariscos: The classic South American shrimp cocktail with an earthy and clean ocean air finish.
-Each tray will be garnished with savory marinated spring vegetables

Taste how buttery overtones in oak-aged and stainless
steel fermented Chardonnays compliment seafood wonderfully from regions around the world including Australia, South Africa, France, Argentina, Washington, California, and of course Idaho.

Fee includes guided wine tasting and shrimp pairing.

Tastings are on the hour at Noon, 2pm, and 4pm. RSVP is required with your preferred time. Limited seating.
