| Description |
This very "slow" dinner, created by Slow Food member, Chef Bill Telepan, chef/owner of Telepan, will benefit the Slow Food Harvest Time good food education programs at schools in East Harlem and Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Come and enjoy cocktails and a family-style dinner at communal tables along with the once-in-a-life time opportunity of cooking with Chef Telepan. This fund raising event will feature local and Slow Food USA Ark of Taste products accompanied by sustainably and organically produced wines.
