Black, Brown, Red and White: What could be nicer than rice?

Renee Marton's Apt
New York, NY

Rice is the blank canvas on which we "paint" all sorts of recipes.  Important distinctions exist between the kinds of rice used in the world kitchen. Short or long grain, fluffy or sticky, solid or liquid-- these differences are just the tip of the riceberg. Learn about rice from Rene Marton while tasting rice varieties showcased in different recipes.  Sake and other appropriate beverages will also be served.  Seating is limited to 8.
Since the program has a limited number of attendees this event is open to members only.
