The Girlie Show: BigTop Burlesque
Tampa Bay's hottest Burlesque show returns, this time featuring a Side-Show of 8 International Circus starlets. Join"Big Momma" and her Dixie Land Band as they set sail on a visual ODD'yssey that will tease all of your senses. With amazing circus acts, gorgeous costumes, a Bearded Lady and classic stripteases that will knock your socks off; The "Girlie Show" is not to be missed. Join the Girlies in this limited engagement at Ybor City's Honey Pot, as they pay homage to the dying art of Burlesque with a circus twist.

The "Girlie Show" is about celebrating differences, women and comedy. Burlesque comes
from the Italian word "Burlo" which means to joke. Burlesque is classic entertainment that although with a recent spike in interest, has almost vanished over the last few decades. Our goal in creating "The Girlie Show" is to act as preservation for Burlesque. To breathe new life into one of the oldest forms of entertainment.; one that helped pave the way for so many in show business today.
