Youth Improv Class at American Heroes Park
Fun improvisation class for kids ages 9 to 14! Perfect for kids who are in need of a new hobby or activity, kids interested in acting and performing, and kids with a lot of excess energy!
Improv training equips students with many quality and essential life lessons and skill sets, including public speaking, problem solving, working together in groups, being positive, and being spontaneous!
Improv also helps kids get out of their shell and become comfortable (and excicted) with who they are! It creates a positive self image!
The Youth Improv Class is taught by local Antelope Valley actors and instructors who have a wide array of theatrical training and experience.
Classes are 2 hours long and will be outside at the Heroes Park near Lancaster Blvd (Jackman Ave. and Elm Ave.). Water and a snack are provided for students. Parents ae encouraged to stay and watch.
This is not day care. Students are expected to take the class seriosuly and actively participate and follow the rules. Any disrespectful or disruptive students will be asked to leave. Students must listen to instructors and not leave the class area. Instructors are not held responsible for students well being. We hope to work with mature, excited youth eager to learn and participate.
