Ohio & Erie Canalway Towpath Bike Ride - $30
Join Cleveland partner Jon Adams on a beautiful, flat ride that follows the Ohio & Erie Canalway Towpath on the afternoon of Saturday, October 4th. The 20 mile ride will finish at Fishers Tavern, known for good beer and great milk shakes. The $30 fee includes mountain/hybrid bike & helmet rental, water bottle and transportation to/from bike path. A limited number of bikes are available, so sign up today!
Carbon Offset Donation - $5
The SVP conference gives off an estimated 100 metric tons of carbon each year. In order to offset our impact on the environment, SVPI is asking each conference attendee to contribute $5 to a collection that will be given to Green City Blue Lake Institute (http://www.cmnh.org/site/Sustainability.aspx) to help reduce SVP's impact on the environment.
A conference room rate of $149 per night is available at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel.
