The Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF), a nonprofit charitable organization, was co-founded by Sally Fallon Morell and nutritionist, Mary G. Enig, PhD, to disseminate Price's profoundly important research. Price found that the people living off the land, eating nutrient-dense, carefully- prepared foods, were in optimal health.
