Thought Experiments on the Question of Being Human: Robots & AI
A 3 day festival of original plays

Each Thought Experiment play is created by a scientist-playwright team, who together produce a short work examining the impact of robots and AI on what it means to be human. Each evening includes staged readings, followed by a scientist-led conversation, that explores the questions and issues raised by the plays.

Five Scientists; five Playwrights; Robots  What could go wrong?

Set A    (7:30 pm Thursday and 6:00 pm Saturday)

"The Robot Decision" by Pamela H. Carter
"Mechanical Matters" by May Nguyen
"Spotless" by Maggie Lee

Set B    (7:30 pm Friday and 8:30 pm Saturday)

"Parameter Space" by Jim Jewell
"The Question of Love" by Kathy Hsieh
