Pressure Canning with Suki Matsuhashi
Learn the basics of preserving fruits and vegetables by pressure canning. This class will give you hands-on experience with a pressure canner to ensure the safety of the food and calm your fears of the equipment. You will take home a jar of the food we will can. There will be a materials fee for canning jars and materials to cover the cost of these samples.
