In this 2 hour class, you will observe Chef Ellen King prepare a variety of plant-based dishes, along with simple time tested techniques for preserving the nutrient content of your food. Dr. Geeta Maker-Clark, who specializes in using food as medicine, explains the specific nutrients in each dish and how they work in the body to combat inflammation and support excellent health. And of course, we will eat a wonderful healthy meal together!
