Celso Duarte Quintet concert of son jarocho and world-fusion music. This fund raiser is scheduled for Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Capitol Theater in Olympia, WA.
If you missed this concert before, you won't want to miss it again. This is the third time we are hosting this amazing artist. Celso Duarte is a virtuoso of Paraguayan and Mexican jarocho harp, arranger, singer, and multi-instrumentalist. He has collaborated with many famous musicians and has performed at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center in addition to other historic venues. As the harpist for Lila Downes y La Misteria, he won the Grammy Award for 2013. We are truly fortunate to have such a renowned musician come to Olympia. You can see his amazing talent on YouTube.
