Join world famous pianist Spencer Myer for his Austin debut in this extraordinary solo recital. Gold Medalist of the 2008 New Orleans International Piano Competition, Spencer Myer is rapidly establishing himself as one of the most outstanding pianists of his generation. He regularly performs in the finest concert halls around the world to critical acclaim.

Held from May 11th - May 26th, 2013 in Austin, TX, the festival is three weeks of performances, competitions, masterclasses, and meet-and-greets with our world famous guest pianists!
This year's artists include: Spencer Myer, Christopher Guzman, Kris Pineda, Johan Botes, Matt McLaughlin, and Michael Schneider.

Founded in 2012, the Austin Piano Festival is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the highest quality classical artists from around the world to Austin TX audiences. Our 2013 season includes the exciting "Celebration of the Piano" series from May 11th - May 26th.
Spread over three weeks, the festival includes concerts and masterclasses with some of the finest pianists from around the country. The festival's Piano Competition is open to all students grades 7-12, and presents prizemoney awards, performance opportunities, and masterclasses with our distinguished guests!
