Drinking Lessons - Spring Infusions with Mi-Suk Ahn
Mi-Suk Ahn is BOKA restaurant + bar's Chief Mixologist and a master at the art of infusing spirits.
Mi-Suk will discuss proper infusion technique, provide examples of good infusion pairings and bring along a few infusions for the class to taste. Then, she will mix up a few cocktails using a few of her current infusions available on the BOKA menu. Small bites prepared by the Hunt Club will be paired with the tastings.
