BETLORAN productions presents The New Roots Band, featuring two sisters who have been delighting audiences from the stage since they were youngsters growing up in Kansas City, MO. The New Roots Band features trombonist, Angela Wellman and sister, Lori Wellman on vocals. New Roots was recently featured at San Francisco's deYoung Museum with the Jazz at the Intersection series. Wellman's composition, IMUNU, was one of the featured commissioned works illustrating the connection between visual and musical art forms.
