On Saturday August 23rd, the P-Patch Trust is hosting its sixth "Chef in the Garden" dinner. Our chef this year is Aaron Wright, Executive Chef at Seattles renowned Canlis Restaurant, (http://www.canlis.com)

We promise you a magnificent dining event at South Seattle Community College's Brockey Center in West Seattle. You will also have an opportunity to enjoy Washington wines while touring the college's lovely arboretum with an expert guide as a pre-dinner
treat.

Following the late-afternoon stroll through the arboretum, diners will gather in the Brockey Center for an incredible meal with sustainable sensibility using the best products of regional American farmers, cheese-makers, ranchers and wineries.

The proceeds of the evening will benefit the P-Patch Trust, a nonprofit organization that works to acquire, build, preserve and protect community gardens in Seattles neighborhoods. For more information on the Trust, visit www.ppatchtrust.org
