FORAGERS NYC SPRING KICKOFF
Join us at Foragers City Table on March 20th, to celebrate the first day of spring! We are featuring our own farm: Foragers Farm (Canaan, NY) and welcoming Caledonia Spirits (Hardwick, Vermont), Bedell Cellars (Long Island, NY), Kinderhook Farm (Kinderhook, NY), and Good Water Farms (Long Island, NY).
Dinner is from 7:00-9:00 at our restaurant located at 300 w. 22nd street in Chelsea, Manhattan.
MENU:
FIRST:
foragers farm heirloom mix, good water farms sunflower microgreens, olive dirt, and sherry vinagrette
SECOND:
kinderhook farm shortribs, and NYS cumin carrots
DESSERT:
caledonia raw honey panna cotta and elderberry and pecan truffles
COCKTAILS:
white pepper barr hill vodka martini
bedell blanc de blanc with barr hill elderberry cordial
barr hill gin old fashioned
WINES:
bedell winery
merlot and cabernet franc
AT THE TABLE:
harvest your own good water farms microgreen garnish!
