Join us for an introduction to the philosophy and practice of Ayurvedic Medicine.
A 5000-year-old lived and practiced science, Ayurveda offers us a studied, logical
pathway for achieving optimum health, defined as a balanced state of body, mind
and senses, and a freedom of the soul essential to true health and healing.
Enjoy a presentation and conversation that will explore:
- Natural rhythms of the day and seasons that affect our health
- What it means to live in harmony with the natural world
- How emotions affect our digestion
- How spirituality plays an essential role in defining our health
