Dinner menu for St. Patricks XXX

Appetizer: Spicy chicken wings, warm hummus and toasted pita bread

Salmon with feta cheese and marinated olives

Four cheese and pesto stuffed chicken breast

Stuffed eggplant and quinoa- vegetarian

Sweet potato mash with honey almonds and sweet vanilla gravy.
 
Santa Fe Salad (delish!)

Desert: Chocolate cheesecake and fresh three berry tart.

There will be red, white and sparkling wine served with dinner.

All guests are welcomed to bring any additional alcohol within moderation. (Sloppy and drunk is NOT permitted.)
