Paleo 102
THis is a super fun class on Friday night... featuring George Bryant of Civilized Caveman, Lea Roberts of Primal Craving & Chef Leah Delyte of Extraordinary Artisan Table.
Class begins at 6:45pm with a Paleo based cocktail & a sampling of Wiens new red ale beer. Paleo 102 will focus on a local & sustainable hog ranch, 'Cook Pigs'! How many dishes can we make with pork?! Maybe even a little bacon chocolate dessert experience!
Class includes: Tastings of each dish demo; recipes of each dish, cocktail & a back page of sustainable notes & where to shop all ingredients. We will also send you home with one of our favorite pork rubs!! Class is approximately 1.5 hours and ends with a farm to cup coffee chat and tasting (seriously!!).
We love good clean food... and believe that we are what we eat, and can all live a healthier life. Come hang out, learn a few things, eat good food and meet some new great friends.
