Our Mission:
Rock Out Autism is dedicated to improving quality of life and maximizing individual potential for people of all ages affected by autism spectrum disorders. This is achieved through raising funds that support therapeutic, educational, community and advocacy programs worldwide with a special emphasis on raising awareness, acceptance and support through mentoring and new program development.
Rock Out Autism is a non-for-profit foundation that raises money and awareness for the
importance of autism services and peer mentorship. It has been 5 years since Rock Out Autism has been launched, and in past 4 events the foundation has nearly $70,000 for Autism Services. We are currently in communication with the CEO's various corporations, to help spread our cause nationwide! Another side of Rock Out Autism is the element of putting together private meet and greet "Rock Shows" for children with autism. Children diagnosed with autism, and other developmental disabilities, would never, in the real world, have the chance to see a real live "Rock Show" that meets their needs. The children, as a bonus, get to meet and talk with the performers after the show, not only making the children happy but also giving the performers a great sense of accomplishment.
