Sunday Share: "A Taste of Ireland"
Ecco's popular communal "Sunday Share" dinners return on March 17. Spend St. Patrick's Day with friends and neighbors--both new and old--at our communal tables to feast on a menu designed specially for the evening. Chef Richards and his culinary team will be in attendance to walk you through the inspiration behind each dish.
The menu includes:
Wild nettle soup
Smoked haddock pate with rye crackers
Donegal pienew potatoes, chives, Irish bacon and hard boiled eggs
Roast pork belly with cider and watercress
Colcannonpotatoes mashed with butter and milk, spring greens and herbs
Glazed heirloom carrots with ginger and mint
Meyer lemon curd tart with stewed huckleberries
The cost is $46.82 per person and includes tax, gratuity and processing fee. Alcohol is not included.
