Exploring the Wonderful World of Indian Sweets
India is the home of sugar refining, so it's no surprise that it has one of the world's oldest and richest traditions of sweet making. Author Colleen Sen will give a brief introduction to Indian sweets, then, Jayant Sukhadia, owner of Sukhadia's Sweets , will give a tour of his store, explaining how the sweets are made. The program will end with a tasting.
