How to Form a Limited Liability Entity: An Interactive Workshop
Do you know that your personal assets are at risk if something goes wrong with your sole proprietorship? If you'd like to learn about a simple way to protect yourself against financial harm, join FARMroots as we present the different types of business entities and walk you through the process of creating your own limited liability entity. Volunteer attorneys will be available to sit down with you to discuss your options.
For your convenience, this workshop will be held at the GrowNYC offices right before the Greenmarket Annual Meeting and Celebration.
