Orpheus Club Men's Chorus of Ridgewood Spring Concert
The Orpheus Club Men's Chorus presents its annual Spring Concert April 20-21. The concert on Saturday, April 20 begins at 7:30 p.m. and the Sunday, April 21 performance starts at 4 p.m.
Classics, seasonal tunes, Broadway melodies and male chorus favorites, including Seize the Day from "The Newsies", Malaguena, Do You Hear the People Sing from "Les Mis", and Hard Times Come Again No More by Stephen Foster are on the program. Our guest soloist is the award winning Flutist, Carla Auld. Ms. Auld is a founding member of the ensemble Up Town Flutes, winners of the Artist International Chamber Music Award. She has also performed regularly as a soloist in conjunction with the West Side Oratorio Orchestra and several ensembles throughout the New York Metro Area.
