2nd course Organic Spinach Salad With Toasted Almonds, Shallots, Feta Cheese, Fresh Strawberries, White Balsamic Vinaigrette
3rd course Pan seared local White Sea Bass with Tahitian vanilla saffron, Whipped potatoes and Spinach finished with Lemon cloud
4th course Stuffed gnocchi with choice of sundried tomato and leek cream sauce or sweet onion tomato sauce with sage butter and wild mushrooms
