Do you have a lot of questions about cider? We do. We want to know everything about how it is made, what makes some fruits great candidates for cider, and the obvious- what makes cider so different from wine!
Cyril's is welcoming Jennie Dorsey from Tieton Cider Works in Yakima, Washington who will lead us through a tasting of ciders from Tieton Cider Works accompanied by cheese (of course).
