Join decorated butter maker Allison Hooper from Vermont Creamery and Eater's 2013 Hottest Chef- Milwaukie Kitchen and Wine's chef/owner and butter enthusiast Pascal Sauton for a tasting of two of their favorite foods: bread and butter. Learn about how butter is made, what makes butters so different from one another and the effect of salt on butter.
We will taste five butters, a variety of breads, and play with salts while we're at it. Glass of sparkling included.
