The Halo Sequences:
A feature Length Collection of Choreographed works by Kristopher Backman. The company is made up of 5 Female dancers, several vocalists, all supported by a very interesting cast of multi-talented characters.
The works being presented are all premiere works and will have not seen the public eye until this show. With a tendency to mix many forms/media/genres of art into his pieces this show promises to be a visually stunning hour long exploration of Kristopher's inner imagination.
Kristopher's slower or more graceful choreography seems to flow endlessly as if every movement was delicately sewn together. Then with the next breath a torrent of impossibly large, quick, and agile movements accent a soundtrack that makes the audience's head bob, their face grin, and their chest feel the music as if they were in the speaker. The shows soundtrack is made up of unique selections by Amon Tobin, Two Fingers, Radiohead, comic strips, Emeli Sande making the night interesting to the ear and the eye.
Two Fingers Variations:
We Suck Young Blood
The Ensnared Lullabies:
-Breaking the Law
And there are more to be added.
Come out and see this Company now!! This is a performance to remember.
