This summer on June 2oth & 21st an eclectic blend of musicians will join the stage for two days of high energy and positive vibes at the 2008 Summer Solstice Festival in Selma, Oregon. This festival is not to be missed. A large array of bands and acoustic acts will be sharing their souls upon this sacred time of the longest day of the year. What better way could you celebrate the summer solstice than with non-stop music, dancing and fun. Come join us for the 1st Annual Summer Solstice Festival, where reggae, dub and rock music will bless your ears and amaze your soul. On Friday night we'll have State of Jefferson, Indubious and Outpost headlining and on Saturday night we'll have The Frankie Hernandez Band, The T Club, The Cauze and Monk. There will be plenty of entertainment provided all day with an assortment of credited acoustic musicians starting at noon. Tickets are $25 at the door (including camping for both nights) and there will be plenty of food vendors to please your appetite. This years festival will also have several artisan booths for the creative shopper and an amazing fire show put on by SolaRay Fire Tribe of Eugene.
