Join Paramount Room and New Holland Brewery when will host a unique paring of Booze and Beer with New Holland's Brewery and Distillery from 3-5pm on Saturday February 23rd, 2013.

Superior Barrel Aged Rum with Sundog Amber Ale
Zeppelin Blend Whiskey with Cabin Fever Brown Ale
Once again, this special event will be hosted in our hidden lower-level lounge, a reclaimed speakeasy space reinvented with modern design elements.
Cost is $30 per guest inclusive of tax and gratuity and reservations are available at 312.829.6300. Groups are welcome.
