Joseph's House Concerts featuring David Lanz
On September 19th, at 7:30 pm, Joseph and Unita Akins will host a house concert in Murfreesboro, Tennessee that will feature legendary pianist David Lanz. Both David and Joseph will be playing their original music on a beautiful 7'6" Yamaha C7 grand piano.
Grammy nominated David Lanz became recognized world wide in 1988, when his album Cristofori's Dream stayed at No. 1 on the Billboard Charts for 18 weeks. Since, he has released numerous albums and has played for sold out concerts worldwide. His most recent album is a 25 year anniversary of Christofori's Dream.
With only 32 seats, this will be an intimate concert. Bring your favorite beverage and enjoy the comforts of a home as you relax and hear beautiful piano compositions played by the original composers (whom will also tell stories behind the music). Snacks will be provided.
Door prizes will be given! CD's and sheet music will be there to autograph and sign. Door opens at 7:00. Come early and get a good seat. There will be plenty of time to mingle with other guests, and the artists too.
Your reservation can be made right here at Brown Paper Tickets: $27 for general admission - $35 for front row guarantee (with small service fee). If the concert does not sell out in advance, tickets can be purchased at the door. All funds go to cover expenses for the artists and the "venue". Snacks are included.
