Beats Yoga with Ian Tagge & No Casualties
No Casualties (AKA DJ Norbital) spins dubstep, downtempo, glitch, ambient, original mixes and some well known tracks to your yoga practice! Ian leads us through a fun and energetic flow focusing on rhythm, fluidity and graceful transition. Explore the balance between motion and stillness. Yoga, like music, is both a deeply personal and richly communal experience.
Ian's classes combine Budokon techniques with classical Hatha to build energetic, challenging and fun vinyasa flows.
All levels and music lovers are welcome!
Yoga practice 7:30-9:00p + party till late! This sold out last 2 times we did it, so please register early!
