Event VA-115 Eagles/ Arabs Reunion This long awaited reunion welcomes ALL former members of VA-115,whether you were an "Arab" or an "Eagle". This is a family friendly event, so "Eaglettes" are welcome. The event check-in will commence onboard U.S.S. Midway at 10:00 AM Friday, July 26th, 2013. During the course of this day, you will be able to freely tour Midway with your families, get re-aquainted with your former shipwrecks and meet former squadron members from various era's. At 3:00 PM the banquet will commence at the Marriot Hotel at Liberty Station. This event will present music, a picture slide show and video footage as well. There will also be squadron memorabilia on display. Hors d'oeuvres, sodas and water will be served during this event. You're also welcome to purchase a cocktail or two.  The reunion BBQ will commence at 12:00 On Saturday, July 27th at Harbor Island Park. This catered event will have a live DJ playing music from various genres from "back in the day", and will be taking requests as well. There will be an open mic period available to anybody who wants to share a special memory and a raffle. Water and soda will be provided at this event, and you are welcome to bring beer or  wine, but no hard alcohol please. Each ticket includes a reunion t-shirt and ball cap, banquet ticket, bbq ticket and a raffle ticket. Reduced rate hotel rooms are available for this event at the Marriot at Liberty Station as well.
