You will learn how to enjoy home preserving, even in the dead of winter. You will participate in every step of the process, making delicious and unique marmalades and preserves.
The class includes all tools and equipments and you will leave with the knowledge and confidence needed to can at home as well as a jar or two of the preserves prepared during class.
