What is included in the price of the ticket?
A ticket will give you general admission to the venue, red carpet festivities, and a chance to win prizes throughout the show!
What can/can't I bring to the event?
MTSU does not allow any outside food or drink into the James Union Building. You can bring an empty water bottle to fill up at a water fountain.

What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
When you arrive at the venue, we will issue the ticketholder a real paper ticket. You must show ID with the name of the purchaser on it or we cannot issue the ticket. If you need to change the name on the tickets after purchasing, please contact us at twloha.mtsu@gmail.com
