In an attempt to escape the realities closing in on her life, a woman takes a train to meet a friend on the other side of town. When she sleeps through her stop and ends up in an unfamiliar place, she has a chance encounter with a mysterious man who wants to protect her for the night. The two set out on a journey of self discovery as they canvass the desolate night. Along the way, they reveal their deepest secrets to themselves and to each other.
