His continued devotion to his craft has earned him immense credibility and adept skills on the tablas leading him to be sought out as a teacher of many legendary western drummers including Danny Carey (tool), Terry Bozzio (Frank Zappa), Pat Mastelotto (King Crimson), Roy El Wooten (Bella Fleck) and many more.
