Edible Eats with Sea Rocket Bistro
Edible San Diego is rolling out a dinner series with locally sourcing restaurants in 2013. Edible will team up with one restaurant each month to feature seasonal locally sourced fare and showcase the talents and dedication of local farm-to-table chefs and the featured restaurant.
For the very first Edible Eats, we have partnered with Sea Rocket Bistro and Chef Tommy Fraioli has planned a wonderful three course meal with wine pairings. Seatings will be at 6pm (20 tickets available) and 8pm (20 tickets available). Please note that if you do not drink wine, other beverage subsitutions will be available.

Sea Urchin Gelee Chef special! *sea urchin from Mitch Hobron
Suzie's Beet Salad watercress, frisee, crème fraiche, horseradish, goat cheese *beets and frisee from Suzie's Farm
Sea Bass kale, broccoli, almonds, egg, dijon cauliflower puree *kale, broccoli and cauliflower from Suzie's Farm
Strawberry Bread Pudding rhubarb syrup, macadamia brittle, mint whipped cream *strawberries from Suzie's Farm, macadamia nuts from Russell Farms, rhubarb from New Roots Urban Farm
The cost of the dinner is $62 per person and this price includes everything from food and wine to tax and tip.
