Curry Without Worry
$50 for 18 Reasons members; $60 for the general public
Join 18 Reasons and Shrawan Nepali from Curry Without Worry for a hand-on cooking class with some of our curry favorites!
Shrawan will lead the team and present the following Curry Without Worry's signature dishes, which are all all vegetarian and vegan.
1. Nine-sprouted bean soup (nine-varieties of beans)
2. Mixed vegetable curry (cauliflower, cabbage, carrot, potatoes,
onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, green onion)
3. Whole wheat roti or puri bread
4. Brown Rice
5. Tomato & timur achar (tomatoes, fresh green hot pepper & mountain
herb called "timur" from Nepal
Here are the sweet sixteen healing spices we will be using--
Ajowan, bay leaf, black pepper, cardamom, chilli, cinnamon, clove,
coriander, cumin, fenugreek seed, garlic, ginger, onion, star anise,
turmeric, & timur!
We ask all participants to bring a cutting knife.
