To kick off DIVAfest 2013, we've put together a glittering night of live performance featuring women in the spotlight. Please join us for musical, literary and theatrical entertainment, to celebrate another year of fresh and daring new programming and meet the artists behind DIVAfest!

The evening's entertainment will feature:

* Allison Lovejoy, performing original songs with guest singers.
* The ladies of the Kurt Weill Project
* Kitten on the Keys, burlesque performer
* May Oskan, performing an except from her original rock opera The Ape Woman
* Kathleen Keogh, dancer and performance artist
* Molly Benson, performing an original monologue
* Red Velvet, co-creator of DIVA or Die Burlesque
* Linda Robertson, performing an except of her one-woman musical Knitting in the Dark
* Meg Hurtado, reading from her published work of poetry
* Rana Weber, singing and performing an excerpt from her new one-woman show
* Megan Cohen and Amy Clare Tasker, reading excepts from their upcoming experimental theatre work The Helen Project, to be featured in DIVAfest's 2013 annual festival.
