Marin Ballet 50th Anniversary Events
1. Alumni Reunion Performance - April 13th - 7:30 pm Performance - at College of Marin Theater
The 50th Anniversary culminates with a performance featuring Marin Ballet Alumni who have gone on to professional dancing careers. Included in the evening will be performances by current Marin Ballet students and guest artists performing Julia Adam's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Browse an Archival Display that features founder, Leona Norman, and Marin Ballet's early years. Doors open to general public at 7 pm.
Alumni Performers Include:
John Lam, Mila Lavoie, Josie G. Sadan, Robin (Cornwell) Semmelhack, and Jessica Wagner.
Guest artists Include:
Pierre-Francois Vilanoba (San Francisco Ballet), Travis Bradley (Ballet Memphis), John Speed Orr (Smuin Ballet), and Jonathan Mangosing (Smuin Ballet)
2. Alumni Reunion Day - April 13th - 9:30 am to 2:30 pm - at Marin Ballet
Marin Ballet will host a ballet class taught by Robert Sund, brunch, and an alumni panel discussion. Reunite with your former classmates and alumni for a day to honor Marin Ballet's founding era, reminisce, and see what's in store for the future. Join other alumni for a pre-performance reception at College of Marin at 6 pm.

Joanna Berman, Carol Brannan, Kathi McCormick, George Nunes, Kevin Poe, John Sheaffer, Jennie Scholick, and Lindsay Thomas
