An Evening of Glassblowing and Music

Seattle Glassblowing Studio 2227 5th Avenue on 5th between Bell and Blanchard
Enjoy live glassblowing, appetizers, drinks and good company. Eight musical acts will perform during the evening, including: - Andre Feriante: classical guitar - John Ames: cello - Pasquale Santos: violin - Transmusic Duo: electronica - Swing Jam - Arturo Rodriguez (Salsa) - Fire All Lasers (Funk/Jazz) - Nyamuziwa Marimba Ensemble
Tickets $30. Please bring checks or cash - no credit cards- to pay at the door or to participate in the silent auction of glass art, wine, and more.
Sponsored by the Concord PTA, "An Evening of Glassblowing and Music" raises funds to support arts programs at Concord International Elementary School, such as drama classes through the Concord Attic Student Theater (CAST), poetry through a partnership with Jack Straw, and a variety of after school classes.
Concord International Elementary School is a K-5 Seattle Public School in South Park that serves a vibrant community of culturally and economically diverse families.
